An update for our Herb Pharm community,

As farmers, we’re used to things changing. In spring, it’s usually plants growing, flowers blooming, and colors emerging. This year, it’s been all those things and more.

Like you, we’ve made adjustments to live in a world with corona virus. A month ago, we sent office staff home with remote log-in instructions. On our farm and in buildings where we mill, process, and bottle our extracts, we implemented distancing and other protocols to protect our team while we make the herbal extracts our customers need.

We’ve been working under new and challenging conditions – but thanks to very dedicated people working in Williams, Oregon, we are making extracts for you and your families.

A few weeks ago, we closed our webstore because the need for herbs outstripped our capacity. Today, the store is open on a limited basis.

The store is not fully stocked and you will find that many herbs are not available. We are restocking as quickly as we are able. For many herbs, we are allocating our processing and bottling capacity. For some, we are waiting for harvest. For others, we are sourcing available plant material from partners.

We are reminded that herbs grow on their schedule, not ours, but we won’t lower quality standards to increase quantity. That’s one thing that won’t change.

We hope you find some of what you need here or via one of our long time retail partners.

Thank you for your trust in Herb Pharm.

May you and yours be well!
