Our St. John’s Wort Oil is prepared from small batches of fresh (never dried) flowering tops of Hypericum perforatum plants. Each summer near the solstice, the plants are responsibly wildcrafted in Oregon’s Siskiyou and Cascade mountains in a narrow time frame before the flowers have fully opened, then extracted while still fresh.
To ensure optimal extraction of St. John’s Wort’s rich red pigments, the uppermost tops of the plants are hand-harvested, then extracted while still fresh and succulent into cold pressed Certified Organic olive oil.

Where do your herbs come from?
Our herbs are grown on our own Regenerative Organic Certified® farms and ethically sourced from all corners of the world.
We manufacture all our products in the beautiful southern Oregon countryside. We grow more than 75 herbs on our Regenerative Organic Certified® farms, just down the road from our manufacturing facility. When we can’t grow an herb ourselves, we turn to our network of trusted wildcrafters, growers and brokers. They provide us with high-quality, ethically harvested herbs grown in the plants’ native habitats.
Why choose our liquid extracts or capsules?
Our liquid herbal extracts are powerfully effective, delivering the broad spectrum of every herb. They’re easy to use and highly digestible, working swiftly and efficiently, in perfect harmony with our bodies. We believe the best herbs make the best extracts and work only with ethically sourced plants.
Liquid herbal extracts can be added to water or juice, making them easier to incorporate into your everyday routines. We also love the convenience and excellent absorption rate of liquids.
For those who don’t prefer liquid herbal extracts, we also offer a selection of capsules. They’re a taste-free alternative that’s also broad-spectrum and made with the same commitment to quality we’ve upheld since 1979.
How do I know how much to take?
For liquid herbal extracts, we’ve made it simple for you by providing an easy-to-use bulb to dispense the suggested serving size. Simply shake the bottle, squeeze once, drop, drink, and you are on your way!
Each of our products offers a range of serving sizes on the label. We recommend you start at the lower end of the range for maintenance, and then adjust your serving frequency depending on your personal needs up to the higher end of the range. We offer this flexible usage range to best suit your health goals.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
All of our products are non-GMO, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and peanut-free. They would also be considered appropriate for a Keto or Paleo diet. Most of our products are also vegan and tree nut-free. We put as much important information on the label as possible to help you make an informed decision.
