Giveaways
Herb Pharm giveaways are open to residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be submitted during the stated entry period, and any incomplete, late, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided within a reasonable time after selection. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the specified time, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit. Herb Pharm reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Herb Pharm Loyalty & Rewards
The Herb Pharm Loyalty & Rewards program and related discounts are not valid for wholesale or professional accounts. Discounts and points cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to update the ways to earn and redeem points at any time. Reward coupons can't be combined with any other offer, including Subscribe and Save. When using rewards, you may only use one coupon per order.
Redeeming Points for Free Product: Products rotate monthly, and coupons are only valid for the specified product at the time of redemption. Coupon cannot be exchanged for another item, available while supplies last, limited to one per transaction, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Coupon cannot be applied retroactively.
Birthday Bonus: To receive birthday bonus points as a Sprout, Flower, or Harvest member you must add your birthday at account creation or on the Ways to Earn section on the Loyalty and Rewards page at least one month prior to your birthday.
A note about returns: Consumers who initiate 3 or more returns will be permanently removed from the Loyalty & Rewards program, resulting in a forfeit of all active points and coupons.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue this discount program at any time and without notice, including limiting the number of discount codes per customer or the eligible products. Special discount codes may not be shared or distributed to others. You must meet one of the criteria listed to receive and use a discount code.
