We normally process orders within 3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may occasionally be longer. All days referenced in the charts above are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays. UPS guarantees 1 or 2 day ground delivery to Washington, Oregon, and northern California, and 2 day to Idaho and Nevada.

Please Note: Selecting UPS 2 Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select means your order will ship via an expedited service. Our standard 1–3 business day processing time still applies. Transit times are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping charges will not be refunded in the event of carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout to orders over $49 after discounts have been deducted. Free shipping is only valid on ground shipping within the continental United States.

Return the product within 30 days with proof of purchase for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Please call Customer Service at 800-348-4372 for a return authorization number before returning your purchase. Our guarantee also covers any product that is defective, damaged, tampered with, or past its expiration date when you buy it.

The Herb Pharm Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Herb Pharm. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact the original retailer for return information. Only buy from authorized retailers. We can't guarantee products bought from unauthorized sellers. They may be past their expiration date, stored improperly, or not genuine. A note about returns: Consumers who initiate 3 or more returns will be permanently removed from the Loyalty & Rewards program, resulting in a forfeit of all active points and coupons. 

Shortages

Please report shortages within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Damages

Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed.
