We normally process orders within 3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing times may occasionally be longer. All days referenced in the charts above are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays. UPS guarantees 1 or 2 day ground delivery to Washington, Oregon, and northern California, and 2 day to Idaho and Nevada. We recommend you choose standard shipping to these regions.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $49
Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout to orders over $49 after discounts have been deducted. Free shipping is only valid on ground shipping within the continental United States.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a replacement or a credit. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full credit. Please let us know in advance so you can obtain a return authorization number. We will gladly accept returns caused by our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
A note about returns: Consumers who initiate 3 or more returns will be permanently removed from the Loyalty & Rewards program, resulting in a forfeit of all active points and coupons.
Shortages
Please report shortages within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Damages
Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed.

Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, special handling, duties or taxes.
