It is important to note that many of these herbs are not exclusive to men's health and may be supportive to people of other genders, too. Everyone is welcome here!*

Asian Ginseng

Asian Ginseng

Asian Ginseng is a powerful herb to add to anyone’s daily lineup, but its historical use has been more male-leaning. The botanical name for this herb is Panax ginseng, and “Panax” is derived from the Greek word Panakos (a panacea), in reference to the miraculous virtue ascribed to it by the Chinese.1 Traditionally, only the Emperor was allowed to collect the roots, and natives of China called the plant Jin-chen, meaning “like a man.”1 Asian Ginseng is used to enhance physical and mental energy and stamina. As a nootropic and adaptogen, it can help you manage stress while giving you sharp focus. We offer both Asian Ginseng and Asian Ginseng, Alcohol-Free liquid herbal extracts.*

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is considered one of the most important Rasayana (rejuvenating) herbs in Ayurveda, India’s traditional system of herbalism. Its use was first recorded by the Ayurvedic scholar, Punarvasu Atreya, some 3000 to 4000 years ago.2 It’s said that Ashwagandha can give one the strength and stamina of a horse! The Sanskrit name Ashwagandha translates to “horse smell”, which comes from the potent scent of the root that is said to be similar to a horse’s skin.3 Ashwagandha offers calming stress support for any time of day, and provides traditional support for energy and vitality. We offer both Ashwagandha and Ashwagandha, Alcohol-Free liquid herbal extracts.*

Maca

Maca

Maca is a great herbal ally for anyone who wants to feed their fire with daily libido support. Maca is a tonic herb, which means it’s meant to be taken every day over a longer period of time. It’s native to South America, and the people of Peru’s Junín and Pasco provinces have been cultivating Maca for more than 3,000 years.4 Maca offers sexual health support for all genders and promotes healthy sexual libido and function. We offer both Maca liquid herbal extract and alcohol-free Maca capsules. Maca is also a key herb in our Male Vitality™ formula (along with Asian Ginseng, Sarsaparilla, and Cardamom).*

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto is a small, low-growing dwarf palm tree that is native to southeastern North America. The berries were a staple food for Indigenous Americans, and they were often used in herbal preparations, as well.5 If there’s one herb that’s known to support men’s health, it’s Saw Palmetto. This herb supports healthy prostate function in men. We offer Saw Palmetto liquid herbal extract, and it’s one of the featured herbs in our Prostate Health™ formula (along with Stinging Nettle, Pipsissewa, Cleavers, and Thuja).*

Pomegranate

Pomegranate

Heart health is an important consideration for anyone’s general well-being, but many of us overlook this category. Our Pomegranate capsules make daily heart health support super easy, as you can just pop a serving of these capsules into your AM/PM supplement organizer. Pomegranate is involved in antioxidant processes and provides lifelong cardiovascular system support. Historically speaking, this fruit was considered sacred and is still used in some Jewish ceremonies. It's also featured in architecture and needlework from the earliest times, and is part of the decorations on King Solomon’s Temple.6*
