Lemon Echinacea Super Tonic
This bright and bubbly beverage is a fun way to get your daily serving of our Super Echinacea® extract. Its subtle sweetness balances the earthy flavors of Echinacea, rounded out with light citrus notes.
Ingredients
Serves 1
3 ounces sparkling water
Splash of lemonade
Squeeze of 1 Lemon wedge
1/4 to 1/2 tsp honey, or to taste
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Super Echinacea® liquid herbal extract†
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass.
- Stir well to dissolve honey.
- Sip and enjoy!
†One squeeze of the dropper equals 0.7 ml; provides approximately 1 serving of Herb Pharm liquid herbal extract.
