Herbs on the Go: Anxious Moment comes in an intuitive spray format, making it easier to include herbs in your healthy everyday habits. It is a proprietary blend of extracts of Cacao roasted seed (Theobroma cacao), Kava rhizome with root (Piper methysticum), Lemon Balm fresh aerial parts (Melissa officinalis), Lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia), Licorice root & stolon (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale).

Suggested Use

Shake Well Before Using.
Adults: Spray 4 times into mouth and swallow, up to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.

Caution

FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe, liver injury may be associated with Kava. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have, or have had, liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medication. Stop use and see a doctor if liver symptoms occur (unusual fatigue, abdominal pain, appetite loss, dark urine, pale stools, yellow eyes or skin). Not for use by persons under 18 years of age, or by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not take with alcoholic beverages. Excessive use may briefly impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

Spray

I love the product but the sprayer stopped working 1/4 into the bottle. I was disappointed by that but figured I would give it another try.
