How do I take your sleep support products?
Most of our products that support restful sleep are to be taken at bedtime, like our Relaxing Sleep liquid extract, Herbs on the Go: Bed Time™ spray, Kids Fast Asleep™ glycerite, and Sleep Easier™ capsules. Some have a unique serving suggestion to take one serving an hour before bed and then another serving at bedtime if needed.*
