Golden Turmeric Honey Tonic
There's more than one way to get Turmeric into your daily life. This warm, delicious Golden Turmeric Honey beverage is the perfect daily tonic.
Ingredients
Serves 1
1-2 teaspoons raw honey
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Turmeric liquid herbal extract†
1/2 teaspoon fresh Lemon juice
1 cup warm (not boiling) water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a heat-safe mug and stir well to combine.
- Sip and enjoy!
Tip:
- Add more honey if you prefer a sweeter sip. Add more Lemon juice if you prefer a more tart taste.
