Sleepy Shut-Eye Tea

Here’s a delightful, herbal tea to close your day. Sip your way to relaxation with a calming cup of Chamomile tea that’s made even better with our Relaxing Sleep™ liquid herbal extract. You’ll love the combination of aromatics with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Nighty-night!*

Ingredients

Serves 1

8 oz water

1 bag Chamomile tea

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Relaxing Sleep™ liquid herbal extract

Optional: Honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat water to just boiling.
  2. Pour hot water into a mug over the Chamomile tea bag and let steep, covered, per the brand’s instructions for length of steeping time.
  3. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool slightly to a warm but not hot temperature.
  4. Add 1 serving of Relaxing Sleep extract.
  5. If desired, add honey to taste.
  6. Sip and relax!*

Tips:

  • If using loose-leaf Chamomile tea, use 1 teaspoon and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes before straining.
  • For best results, drink this tea 1 hour before bed. Then take 1 additional serving of Relaxing Sleep in 2 oz. of water at bedtime.

One squeeze of the dropper equals 0.7 ml; provides approximately 1 serving of Herb Pharm liquid herbal extract.
