Bedtime Fairy Milk with Kids Fast Asleep™
Help send your kiddo off to sweet fairy dreamland with this warm bedtime milk. Featuring our Kids Fast Asleep™ compound, this mildly sweet Cinnamon milk can be enjoyed by both children and adults.*
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 cup milk of your choice
1-2 drops Vanilla extract
1 pinch Cinnamon, ground
1 serving Herb Pharm Kids Fast Asleep™ liquid herbal extract:
- 25-49 pounds: 5 drops
- 50-74 pounds: 10 drops
- 75-99 pounds: 15 drops
- 100+ pounds: 20 drops
- Caution: Consult a physician for use with children younger than 1 year old.
Optional: 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and honey (if using) to a small saucepan and heat on low until it’s warm (not hot).
- Pour warmed liquid into a mug and add 1 serving of Kids Fast Asleep (based on the weight of your child – see guidelines above and on product label).
- Use a handheld milk frother to mix the liquid until slightly frothy.
- Enjoy it in the evening before bed.
Tips:
- If you don't have a handheld milk frother, you can use a blender to make your fairy milk frothy instead.
- When choosing your milk, opt for a creamier milk like whole milk or Oat milk.
