Chia Energy Shot with Eleuthero*
Here’s a fun and tasty way to keep up with all life has to offer.. Throw back a shot of herbal energy gel featuring island flavors, Chia seeds and energy-supporting Eleuthero liquid herbal extract.*
Ingredients
Serves 1
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Eleuthero liquid herbal extract†
2 teaspoons of Chia seed gel (see below for directions on how to prepare)
1.5 ounces of Coconut water
0.5 ounce of Guava nectar
Optional: 1 tiny pinch of Cayenne powder
Instructions
- Start by making the Chia seed gel. Mix 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds and ½ a cup of water together in a small container. Cover and let soak in the fridge overnight (or for at least 1 hour). It'll last in the fridge for about 5 days.
- When you’re ready to make a Chia Energy Shot, combine the recipe ingredients in a double-shot glass (or a small glass of your choice).
