Ginger Gastro Bliss

Ingredients

Serves 1

8 oz water

1 Ginger teabag

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Gastro Bliss™ liquid herbal extract

Instructions

  1. Boil water for the tea and remove from heat.
  2. Place the teabag in a mug and pour the hot water over it.
  3. Let the tea steep per the packet’s instructions.
  4. Remove the teabag and let the liquid cool before putting your mug in the fridge.
  5. Once cold, add 1 serving of Gastro Bliss extract.
  6. Sip and enjoy!

Tip:

  • If you don’t have a prepackaged teabag, you can substitute with 1-2 tsp dried Ginger or 1 tbsp fresh sliced Ginger root to the hot water. Let it steep and strain it from the water. Follow steps from number 4 above.

One squeeze of the dropper equals 0.7 ml; provides approximately 1 serving of Herb Pharm liquid herbal extract.
