Ginger Gastro Bliss

Ingredients
Serves 1
8 oz water
1 Ginger teabag
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Gastro Bliss™ liquid herbal extract†
Instructions
- Boil water for the tea and remove from heat.
- Place the teabag in a mug and pour the hot water over it.
- Let the tea steep per the packet’s instructions.
- Remove the teabag and let the liquid cool before putting your mug in the fridge.
- Once cold, add 1 serving of Gastro Bliss extract.
- Sip and enjoy!
Tip:
- If you don’t have a prepackaged teabag, you can substitute with 1-2 tsp dried Ginger or 1 tbsp fresh sliced Ginger root to the hot water. Let it steep and strain it from the water. Follow steps from number 4 above.
