Menopause Health “Bloody Mary”

Here’s a zesty and refreshing way to take in your menopause support. Mix up this Menopause Health “Bloody Mary” that’s the perfect combo of savory and spicy. The Tomato and Lemon juice add a nice acidic base, while the Worcestershire and hot sauce kick things up a notch. Ingredients

Serves 1

½ cup Tomato juice

½ cup water

½ tsp Lemon juice

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce (or a vegan alternative)

1-2 dashes hot sauce of your choice

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Menopause Health liquid herbal extract†

Regular, Garlic, or Celery salt for the rim

Additional salt & pepper to taste

1 fresh Lemon wedge

Ice


Optional:

  • 1 Olive
  • 1 fresh Garlic clove
  • 1 fresh Cherry or Grape Tomato
  • 1 mini fresh Bell Pepper or 1 slice of a regular Bell Pepper
  • 1 fresh Celery stalk

Instructions

  1. Rub a fresh Lemon wedge around the rim of a tall glass. Spread some regular or flavored salt on a small plate and place the glass upside down on the plate to coat the rim.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients, except for the optional garnishes, in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into the salt-rimmed glass over ice and add any of the optional garnishes you’d like.
  4. Sip and enjoy!

Tip:

    For a pungent surprise, push the Garlic clove inside the hole of the Olive and skewer it or drop it in the glass as an optional garnish.
