Rosemary Forest Fizz
Bring out your inner forest spirit with this whimsical mocktail. This fun beverage looks like a dewy little evergreen forest and the addition of Regenerative Organic Certified® Rosemary liquid herbal extract brings herbal benefits, like traditional cognitive support.*
Ingredients
Serves 1
¼ cup water
1 fresh Rosemary sprig
1 cup sparkling water
Splash of Grapefruit juice (about 1 tsp)
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Rosemary liquid herbal extract†
Instructions
- Add about ¼ cup water (about 1 to 1 ½ inches) to a clear tapered glass (one with a larger base is best).
- Cut the tip off the top of a Rosemary sprig so that it is flat and if necessary, cut the bottom thicker end so that it sits below the rim of the glass.
- Insert the top flat end to touch the bottom of the glass in the center.
- Press the sprig down slightly to get it to stand on its own in the water and put the glass in the freezer.
- Once the water is frozen, remove the glass from the freezer and add the remaining ingredients.
- Sip and enjoy!
Tip:
- If the Rosemary sprig doesn’t stand on its own before freezing, loop a string around some of the leaflets near the top of the glass and tie the string end around a utensil placed across the rim of the glass.
