Sunny "Dirty Martini" with Thyme
Add this bright, aromatic recipe to your mocktail repertoire! We’ve taken the botanical and herbaceous taste of Thyme and balanced it with a complex blend of Turmeric, Lemon, and a splash of Olive brine. Divine!
Ingredients
Serves 1
½-1” finely grated fresh Turmeric root
1 tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive brine
0.7 ml Herb Pharm Thyme liquid herbal extract†
6 oz tonic water
Optional Garnishes
Fresh Lemon peel
Fresh Thyme sprig
Olives
Instructions
- Finely grate half an inch to an inch of fresh Turmeric root into the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Thyme extract, Lemon juice, Olive brine, and top with ice.
- Add tonic water and shake gently to chill.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a Lemon peel, fresh Thyme sprig, or Olives if desired.
- Sip & enjoy!

- Opt for high-quality, botanical tonic water and avoid using "low-sugar" options for best results.
