I ordered the herb March 21st. I didn't receive tracking until March 28. A week later. This tincture was not delivered until April 4th. A full two weeks. Not acceptable.
We, I, am not ordering herbs for a windowsill display, I am ordering "medicine" for a particular complaint. Waiting so long is not right. You need to ship same day or the very next. By USPS.
I am sure, like the rest of the country Covid has stolen your employees, interns, volunteers.
Doesn't matter. This is not charity WE pay for this.
You should be embarrassed by your lack of understanding in these medical areas. What good is a remedy unavailable.
Utilizing HERB-PHARM since the first year of Ed Smith's company, I am now unsure of the efficacy of product mirrored by the shipping problem.
