Warming Herbal Foot Soak

After a long day, there’s nothing better than slipping your tired feet into a warm herbal soak. Let this infusion of Epsom salt and herbs like dried Peppermint, dried Thyme, and ground Ginger ease you into relaxation. It works wonders for warming up chilly toes, too.

Supplies

1/2 cup Epsom salt

1 tbsp dried Peppermint

1 tbsp dried Thyme

1.5 tsp ground Ginger


Equipment

Clean jar with a lid

Basin

Spoon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a wide-mouth jar and stir to combine.
  2. When ready to use, add 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture to a basin filled with warm water. Stir until the Epsom salts have dissolved.
  3. Soak your feet to relax and warm up.

Important Tip:

  • Keep your soak mixture fresh by storing it in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed jar until you're ready to use it again.
