Herb Pharm’s 2025 Year in Review
Before we leap into 2026, let’s take a moment to appreciate all of nature’s gifts from 2025. This year, we
were busier than ever and loved every minute of it. After all, we take care of plants, so they take care of
people – including dedicated fans like you!
We had a big year on our Regenerative Organic Certified® farms and beyond, with an exciting launch
across the pond in the UK and even a tasty smoothie that hit the tonic bar at Erewhon in Los Angeles.
Here’s a look back at 2025 by the numbers!
Grateful for Growth
In 2025, we harvested over one-hundred thousand pounds of herbs on our Regenerative Organic
Certified® farms and altogether tended to 70+ species of herbs.
33,848
estimated pounds of fresh harvest.
72,567
estimated pounds of dry harvest.
Powered by a full-time farm crew of 26. New plantings totaling 45 acres.
Keeping the Herbal Tradition Alive
We welcomed 22 interns to the farms over 3 sessions spanning 3 seasons of the year.
Helped interns grow with 37 classes per sessions, including 3 plant walks and a tea
ceremony.
Gave interns 30 hours of weekly experience working on our Regenerative Organic
Certified® farms.
To date, we’ve educated over
1,200+
future herbalists as part of our
Herbaculture Internship Program.
