Schisandra Rose Tonic

This unique mocktail highlights the 5 signature flavors of Schisandra berry (sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and umami) with the delicate floral aromatic of Rose. The muddled fresh Raspberries and Beet root powder enrich the color, while the Agave syrup adds a touch of sweetness to bring it all together.


Serves 1

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Schisandra liquid herbal extract†

ÂĽ tsp. of Beet root powder

3-4 fresh Raspberries

3 oz. sparkling water

½ tsp. Agave syrup


Dried Rose Petals for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients (except ice and Rose petals) to a glass.
  2. Stir to combine and muddle Raspberries, then add ice.
  3. Sprinkle Rose petals on top to garnish (don’t skip this—it adds the lovely aroma of Rose to every sip).
  4. Savor all the flavor notes of Schisandra while you enjoy.
